Get Ready for Fun!

We’re back and we’re going big this summer! We’ve created a camp program that offers engaging over the top activities that will wow all the kids. The Tiny Artisan Camp program is an exciting chance for children age 3 through 11 to have a fun-filled summer! Campers will engage in stimulating art, play, music, movement and outdoor activities. We will also spend our day exploring and visiting our beautiful Van Vorst Park located only a couple blocks from our studio!.

  • My 6 year old had the time of her life at Tiny Artisan's camp this summer. She's always liked crafts, but the themed weeks and variety of projects took her love of art to the next level. The director and counselors were warm, friendly and responsible and created a stress free, fun environment. Especially after a rigorous academic school year, having the freedom to play and create was exactly what my daughter needed. I would recommend Tiny Artisans 100 times over.

  • We had our daughters 3rd birthday here this past weekend and everyone had such a great time! The kids painted a 3 tier cake with lots of bright colors/sparkles, and they made these adorable aquariums. I highly recommend this space if you are looking for a unique birthday party for your little one.

  • Can't say enough amazing things about Tiny Artisans!!!! Our son started attending their toddler prep drop off program back in September 2021 when he was 2 years and 9 months old, and he's still with them now. They've worked with him on counting, letters, tracing, writing, coloring, spelling his name, painting, etc. Most importantly though, he has a ton of fun while he's there. He always comes home with really creative and amazing arts and crafts. He gets to color and create and play with all sorts of fun stuff. And we get to proudly display and show off all of his amazing artwork and crafts around the house, which makes him proud and confident. Miss Stephenie and her staff are great with the kids and are super nice and fun. They're also extremely professional, sweet, and helpful. They have allowed our son to stay late on more than a few occasions on last minutes notice when we've had some emergencies pop up. Our son looks forward to going there each morning. And we are confident, comfortable, and excited for him every time we drop him off, knowing that he's having fun and creating fun projects that he's extremely proud of every day. We feel very lucky to have found them and been able to send him there. We would wholeheartedly and emphatically recommend them to anyone who's looking for a toddler drop off program!

Based in Historic, Downtown Jersey City, Tiny Artisan is a large in imagination process art studio dedicated to promoting creativity, discovery and independent thinking.  Guided by an out of the box team of creatives, we fuse unique techniques to create the most interesting experience for kids. Our studio provides the perfect environment for children and adults to explore and imagine by creating fun projects. Have a child that loves art, or a child that you’d love to expose to more sensory and art experiences? come join us! We encourage and inspire our tiny artisans to get creative by exploring the use of different mediums and materials.

Tiny Artisan hosts 2hr drop off art and play classes, toddler play groups, process art classes, baby and me classes birthday parties, summer camp, mobile art parties, adult craft nights and workshops in our studio and outside locations throughout Hudson, Bergen and Essex County, NJ and NYC. With classes for children from 9 months to 7years old, we make every experience memorable and fun.

 

Children learn through play and open-ended activities. It allows them the chance to explore the world around them, ask questions, and see how things work. Process art fits in with how children learn because it allows them room to be themselves, make their own decisions, and just create!

It’s an artistic movement that emphasizes the "process" of making art not the end result. It's all about the experience children have while they're creating. We want to give our community a space where we can expand people’s minds in a creative way and prove that we don’t always have to stay in the lines to create masterpieces.
